Refunds,  Exchanges and Cancellations

As all items are made to order, all sales are final. Please contact us before purchasing if there's any questions about fit and sizing. Many people don't fit into cookie cutter sizes so do not hesitate to contact us at info@lorimernyc.com to help you find your custom fit!

Returns are not accepted but we will offer store credit if you would like to exchange your piece. This however excludes rings as those are made according to the size ordered.

There is a grace period of 3 days for you to cancel your order should you change your mind. Afterward, only store credit can be provided.

2 Year Limited Lifetime Warranty

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship but there can be unforeseen circumstances that can effect the durability of our pieces. If there is any fault in our pieces please contact us immediately so that we can work to resolve any issues free of charge, just pay shipping. 
Please note:  This does not damage due to user error, loss or theft. 

In order to expedite the process, please send your order number, statement of the issue and clear, in-focus photos of the fault. Please examine and contact us within 15 days of purchase if there are any immediate issues upon receipt. 

Should something happen or your jewelry needs maintenance after the 2 year period, please contact us and we will work with you!
