At the present time, we will only be offering bespoke serviced at a limited capacity.
Bespoke service currently consists of only customization of existing designs and not entirely new pieces. If you would like to customize an existing design, please use the form below to start your order.
You can check out our One of a Kind selection for limited unique items if you want a bespoke piece without the hassle of the process. The One of a Kind section contains pieces with limited/unique stones or entirely new pieces designed by Amy as a one-off, completed piece.

The process:
- Fill out the contact form for a free consultation. Try to be as detailed as you can be.
- We will contact you to schedule a meeting by email unless stated otherwise. The phone number provided will always be a back up but is not required until the project is accepted.
- If you have requested stones that we do not have on hand, please allow for some time for us to source the items before we can give you a price quote.
- We will send you a contract along with the price quote detailing the work that will be done. Please make sure all the information is correct before signing.

Half of the payment must be paid upfront (deposit) before we begin working on your piece(s).
Should you decide to cancel the order after production has started, you forfeit the deposit (as well as any special order fees, i.e. shipping fee for stones, etc.). The balance can applied to regularly stocked items in the store. - We will send you photos (and videos upon request) of your finished piece to confirm you are satisfied. Remaining balance is due after the completion of your bespoke piece before it is shipped to you.
Important:
- Kindly note, depending on where we are in the process of creating the piece, modifications can incur fees that is the sole responsibility of the client. Refusal to pay the fees after modifications have been made will result in the cancellation of the order. Cancellation policies stated above will apply in this case.
